How to Judge Whether the JP Group Car Shock Absorber Is Damaged

The car shock absorber is an important part of the car chassis. The shock absorber is related to the driving comfort and control of the car. So, how to judge whether the shock absorber is damaged?

1. After stopping the car, check whether the shock absorber is leaking oil. The undamaged shock absorber is clean and has no oil stains. If the shock absorber is damaged, there will be oil stains, but this does not mean that the shock absorber is damaged. The shock absorber with oil stains can still be used, but because the oil in the shock absorber is not enough, the effect of the shock absorber is deteriorated.

2. When the car passes through potholes or speed bumps quickly, a tire bounces abnormally, accompanied by a banging sound, indicating that the shock absorber of this tire is damaged and there is no way to achieve the shock absorption effect, so there will be such a sound.

3. When driving on a flat road, the car body also swings left and right. When we look at the rear car, we can clearly see that the car in front will sway left and right, indicating that the shock absorber is damaged.

4. Abnormal tire wear. Abnormal tire wear may be caused by reasons such as tire pressure, but also by damage to the shock absorber.

5. After the car stops, touch the shock absorber with your hand. If the shock absorber is warm, it means that the shock absorber is not damaged and is working normally. If the shock absorber is cold, it means that the shock absorber is not working and is damaged.

6. Press the four corners of the car hard and then release quickly. If the four corners of the car rebound quickly and stop quickly, it means that the shock absorber is intact. If some corners vibrate several times before stopping, it means that the shock absorber is damaged.
